Men also wear Pagri with shalwar kameez in rural areas of Punjab . In Sindh, almost every man wears a Sindhi cap
with shalwar kameez. Sindhi cap is so attractive and it has so many beautiful
designs on it. Khussa is popular footwear in Pakistan and is worn with shalwar
kameez. It is also worn with sherwani by the bridegrooms. In Peshawar men wear peshawari chappel as their
footwear with shalwar kameez.

Women’s Clothing:
Shalwar kameez is actually pride of a woman in our country
As per demand brands and demands launches a very diverse
collection of designs and latest fashion trends
There are so many types and different styles in women
clothing but in Pakistan
the popular dress is Shalwar Kameez. It is worn in different styles, different
colors and designs. Every woman has her own choice of style but mostly woman
like to wear embroidered kameez, decorated on the necklines and on the front
part of the kameez. These days almost every shalwar kameez looks different from
the other in women section because there are so many designs and styles. It is
also worn in different shirt lengths and sleeve lengths. In Baluchistan
woman wear heavy embroidered shalwar kameez according to the climate. They wear
kameez full of embroidered sheesha work on it as it is their traditional dress.
In Punjab women mostly wear light embroidered
shalwar kameez and Paranda is the traditional item which is used to tie up the
hair. In Peshawar
woman wear embroidered kameez with a heavy dupatta or shawl.

These days in Pakistani fashion shalwar is replaced by
churidars, tights and skinny jeans
There are different types of shalwars, churidar pajamas and
trousers with the shirts. Dupatta is the most essential part of shalwar kameez
and it is also a symbol of women. Women also wear hijaab and burkha to cover
all their body parts except face and hands, we can’t say that this is fashion
but it is included in clothing section. Now a day’s women have adopted western
style too, so now they also wear embroidered or simple kurta with jeans or
trousers. Sleeveless and tight sleeve shirts with Capri
and jeans are also in trend these days.
